3 Peaks Challenge for Cancer Research

The Challenge was 25 miles long and a circular walk from Horton in Ribblesdale. There are 3 peaks to climb, Pen-y-ghent (2271 ft), Whernside (2414 ft) and Ingleborough (2372 ft).  The walk and climb is generally described as quite strenuous but in good conditions,  for those active climbers with a reasonable level of fitness the challenge is expected to be completed within 9 -13 hours.

Coast to coast for Sports Relief

We are very proud of our own Mike King for taking on the gruelling journey from Whitehaven on the Irish Sea, over snow capped mountains, through hail storms and strong winds.
