Guiding you through the process
We will guide you through the entire process from concept through to delivery. Each step of the way your dedicated sales contact, supported by a skilled account manager, will clearly breakdown the process and report to you at regular intervals, confirming progress.
Your first relationship with Monro is through your Sales Manager who will continue to have full responsibility over your account and will be fully aware of all activity. You will also be assigned an Account Manager who working with the Sales Manager will be the day to day contact for the smooth running of the account. Both Sales & Account managers are internally supported by our Procurement manager, Operations & Finance Departments.
SLA
As with all of Monro’s major clients, we agree a Service Level Agreement (SLA) detailing each product, packing information, anticipated usage, expected stock holding, pricing and delivery requirements. Clear and detailed escalation procedures are included to indicate actions to be taken in the unlikely event of a breach in the agreement.
Our disaster recovery strategy covers four areas which can be tailor-made to each clients requirements including – Manufacturing, Transport / Transit, Warehouse and Quality Failure.
